Cancellation Policy

Summary

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service fully before subscribing.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial:

You get 2 scans per day
Full access to all features (map, CRM, CSV export, social detection)
No charge at the end of the trial — your account simply transitions to a restricted state

We strongly recommend making full use of the trial period before subscribing to ensure the service meets your needs.

2. No Refunds

All payments made to B2BLeadFinder are final and non-refundable. This includes:

Monthly and yearly subscription payments
Partial months remaining after cancellation
Unused portions of any billing period
Renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

From your Account → Billing page
By contacting us at support@b2bleadfinder.in

Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation
Your account data is retained for 30 days, giving you time to export your leads before permanent deletion

4. Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We send a renewal reminder email 3 days before each renewal date.

To avoid being charged for the next period:

Cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your Billing page
Cancellation after a renewal has processed will not reverse that charge

5. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), Razorpay will retry the charge up to 3 times over 5 days. If all retries fail:

Your subscription will be paused
You will receive an email to update your payment method
Access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved
Your data is retained and accessible once payment is updated

6. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, all data — including scan history, CRM leads, and support tickets — is permanently deleted within 30 days. Account deletion does not entitle you to any payment adjustment for the remaining billing period.
