1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using B2BLeadFinder ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial users and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

B2BLeadFinder is a B2B lead generation tool that helps users identify local businesses with weak digital presence (missing websites, low reviews, no phone numbers, etc.) using publicly available data from Google Maps.

The Service provides:

–Keyword + location based business scanning

–Digital gap scoring

–Built-in CRM for lead management

–Map view with radius filtering

–CSV export

–Social media link detection

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using B2BLeadFinder, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use only — not personal, household, or consumer purposes.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

–Keeping your password secure and not sharing access

–All activity that occurs under your account

–Providing accurate registration information

–Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

–Use the Service to spam, harass, or contact businesses in violation of applicable law

–Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service to third parties

–Attempt to circumvent rate limits, daily quotas, or access restrictions

–Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including violations of anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)

–Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

–Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial

–Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Data and Google Maps

Business information displayed in B2BLeadFinder (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, reviews) is sourced from the Google Maps Platform API. This data is publicly available and is used in accordance with Google's Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that:

–Business data may not always be accurate or up-to-date

–You are responsible for verifying information before contacting any business

–B2BLeadFinder makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of scan results

7. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited daily scans (2 per day). No credit card is required for the trial.

Paid Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are listed on the billing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

–Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

–All payments are final and non-refundable

–Your account data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export leads

9. Intellectual Property

The B2BLeadFinder service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by B2BLeadFinder and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

Your data (CRM leads, notes, exports) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over content you create within the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

–The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

–Results will meet your specific business requirements

–Business contact information will be accurate or current

–The Service will generate any particular revenue or leads for your business

LEADRADAR IS A TOOL — BUSINESS OUTCOMES DEPEND ON YOUR SALES PROCESS, MARKET, AND EFFORT.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2BLeadFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
